Using this website
This website gives general information about hearing and our services. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace an appointment. If your hearing changes suddenly, or you have ear pain or dizziness, contact your doctor the same day.
Appointments and cancellations
If you need to cancel or move an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
Prices
The prices on this website are what we charge at the clinic. For hearing aids, we write down the full cost before anything is fitted. Insurance cover depends on your plan, and we’ll check it with you before you pay.
Hearing aid trial
Hearing aids come with a 60-day trial and check-ins along the way. If they aren’t right for you, talk to us within the trial and we’ll adjust them, try another pair or agree the next step with you.
