We show you two or three options that suit your hearing and your budget.

Fitting day, 60 minutes
Fitting
We set them up in the clinic to match your test results and adjust them until they feel comfortable.

Weeks one to eight
Trying them at home
You wear them in everyday life for up to eight weeks, with check-ins at one, two and four weeks.

For as long as you own them
Aftercare
We adjust, clean and repair them for as long as you own them. Small problems are often fixed the same day.

Paying for them
Card, cash or monthly payments. Many insurance plans cover part of the cost, and we check yours first.
If they’re not right
You can return them within the 60-day trial. Your written quote shows what you’d get back.
Already have aids?
We service and repair most makes, including ones bought elsewhere.
