See your doctor first if…
The sound is sudden, in one ear only, or pulses with your heartbeat. Please see your doctor the same day.
Hearing aids can help
When tinnitus comes with hearing loss, aids sometimes help. We’ll tell you after the test.
Bring notes
A few days of notes on when it’s louder or quieter helps us build a better plan.
